Returns and Refunds

We're committed to selling high-quality products we hope you'll enjoy using but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.

Please make sure you check your items carefully on delivery and if there are any issues please note them on the delivery note before signing, as refunds will NOT be offered if no notes are made. Please also make sure to email us to inform that there is a problem within 48 hours and if required we will ask for photos to be sent to authorise any refund or exchange.

Contact Us with any queries/concerns and we will give you a unique returns ID which will be needed to process any claim/refund.


If there's a fault with the product...

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt. Please ensure you contact us within 48 hours to arrange any return/return, additional information may be needed.

Any return must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first to receive a UAQ (unique authorisation code).

You will receive a full refund of the item (EXCLUDING ANY P&P) once the product has been received and been inspected. We always recommend you return the item using a signed for service, such as Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed; items such as earrings and cosmetics that, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned; perishable goods (e.g. food and flowers), and periodicals/magazines.

To cancel, you MUST e-mail us or write to us (see Contact us for details) within 48 hours*** commencing the day after delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s).

The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to Financial and Insurance Services.

Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

Home Delivery Information

All of our smaller products are sent using either Royal Mail 1st class post or via small courier which usually takes 2-3 working days. All delivery prices stated in the checkout process are correct as of October 2014.

For larger items we use a reputable courier and the price will be stated at the checkout stage.

Confirmation of delivery will be emailed to you once it has been booked with our chosen courier. If your item is out of stock or we can not acheive the delivery times for whatever reason we will email you and inform you of the position and when we expect the item is due back in stock ready for dispatch.

Whe you item is dispatched we will email. You will be able to track your order via your personal account page or via the tracking services through our courier.

For larger items such as furniture you will normally be contacted within 72 hours to arrange a delivery date. Depending on which option you chose at the checkout stage the timescales are as follows;
Standard 3-5 days
Economy 10-14 days
Furniture 7-14 days (unless otherwise stated)
