Ordering Out of Stock Products
If you wish to order a product that is currently out of stock we are able to do this providing the product is currently available to order. Although we will endeavour to remove items that are no longer available as soon as possible, there may be occasions where this is not possible.
If there is a product that you would like to check the availablility of you will need to contact our customer services with the product reference number and we will tell you if it is possible to order that product.
Customer Order Only Products
Some of the larger products that we sell are customer order only and will need to be paid for in full at the time of ordering, this will be stated in the product description.
The ordering process will be the same but please be aware that lead/delivery times are approximate and you will always be quoted the longest lead time to cover any unexpected delays. Please make sure that a valid contact number is provided so that our courier can arrange delivery with you. Failure to do so could mean your product remains undelivered.
This is in line with the distance selling regulations and does not effect your statutory rights.
Returning Customer Order Only Products
Although returns are accepted (please read our returns policy) we would ask you to please contact us first regarding any return to recieve authorisation from us first. All returns that are subject to a postage fee are the SENDERS responsibility and will not be refunded by Homeworld Direct. Failure to do so and we will refuse any returns
